Tile installation in Temecula & the Coachella Valley.
Tile is unforgiving: every out-of-square wall and every low spot in the slab shows up in the finished surface. Since 2013 our licensed, family-owned crew has set porcelain, ceramic, and mosaic tile across the valley and the desert: straight, flat, and sealed to last.
What tile can you install?
Porcelain, ceramic, mosaic, and large-format tile, on floors, walls, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and entries. If it gets set in thinset, we install it: straight-lay, offset, herringbone, or a custom pattern planned so the layout centers where your eye actually lands.
A lot of our tile work runs alongside bigger projects: custom tiled showers, kitchen remodels with new backsplashes, and whole-house flooring swaps. It's the bread and butter of our tile and flooring work in Temecula, and the same crew covers the desert cities too.
How do you handle large-format tile?
With prep. Large-format tile looks incredible, but it needs a genuinely flat slab: a hump or dip that a small tile would ride over becomes lippage, hollow spots, or a cracked corner at 48 inches. We grind and level first, then back-butter and set with lippage-control systems so every edge sits flush.
That prep-first approach is why so much of our large-format tile work in Palm Desert and the surrounding desert holds up through brutal summers. The same big-tile ask comes from the estates out in De Luz and the Temecula Wine Country, where open floor plans want fewer grout lines. When a slab needs serious correction we treat it as its own step: honest floor preparation and concrete grinding, priced in the estimate, never discovered halfway through.
What drives tile installation cost?
Four things: the tile itself, the layout you choose, the condition of the surface underneath, and the detail work like niches, borders, and edge profiles. A straight-lay porcelain floor over a clean slab sits at one end of the range; a herringbone mosaic wall with custom edging sits at the other.
There's no honest flat number, and that's exactly why our estimates are free: we measure, talk through material and pattern options, and give you a detailed, no-pressure quote so you know precisely what you're paying for.

Tile installation FAQ.
Do you install backsplashes and shower walls, or just floors?
All of it. Floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds, and entries. Wall tile has its own rules: layout that centers on the focal point, level courses, and clean cuts around outlets and fixtures, and we treat it with the same care as a floor.
How long does a tile installation take?
It depends on the area, the tile size, and the prep the surface needs. Most single rooms are measured in days: prep and layout first, then setting, then grout and sealing after the thinset cures. You get a clear schedule with your free estimate.
