Your Coachella Valley Crew

Flooring built for desert living.

Palm Desert summers hit triple digits, glass walls pour sun across the floor all day, and fine dust works into every seam. This is where flooring choices get stress-tested. It’s why we lead with large-format porcelain and natural stone here: they hold the slab’s coolness underfoot, shrug off the UV that fades softer floors, and wipe clean of the dust that dulls carpet and wood. From Bighorn and The Reserve to Sun City and the gated neighborhoods off Highway 111, we match the material to how each home actually lives.

Every project starts with an honest materials conversation (porcelain, stone, or waterproof LVP where you want warmth in the bedrooms) and ends with a fully licensed (#985319) and insured install, a clean job site, and pricing you understood before we started.

We proudly serve Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Indio, Cathedral City, and Palm Springs, across the entire Coachella Valley.

Desert large-format work starts with a flat slab, which is why we do our own floor preparation and concrete grinding; and if the backyard needs help too, ask about pavers and hardscapes.

Common Questions

Palm Desert tile & flooring FAQ.

What flooring stays coolest in the Palm Desert heat?

Porcelain tile and natural stone conduct heat away from your feet and hold the slab’s overnight coolness well into the afternoon, which is why they’re the desert standard. Stone stays coolest of all; porcelain is close behind and needs less sealing. Waterproof LVP runs a touch warmer underfoot, a plus in bedrooms, but in big sun-facing rooms, tile and stone win the summer.

Does large-format tile need special installation in desert homes?

Yes, and it’s where experience shows. Panels of 24 inches and up need a very flat slab, so we check and level the concrete first, then back-butter and set each tile with lippage controls so edges sit flush. Done right, you get those long, seamless desert lines without hollow spots or raised corners; done wrong, you see every flaw at sunset when light rakes across the floor.

Will the desert sun fade my new floors?

Sun is the quiet floor-killer in Palm Desert: UV through those big window walls fades carpet, vinyl, and some wood finishes fast. Porcelain tile’s color is fired in and natural stone is mineral through and through, so neither fades. If you love wood looks, we’ll point you to UV-stable finishes and wood-look porcelain for the brightest rooms.
