This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit mykeyflooring.com (the "Site"), operated by My-Key Tile & Flooring Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed contractor (CA License #985319) based in Anza, California and serving the Temecula and Coachella valleys. The Site provides service information, an estimate request form, and website analytics.

1. Information We Collect

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our Site. Through cookies and similar technologies, Google Analytics collects information such as:

• Pages you view and how long you spend on them
• The approximate geographic area (typically city or region) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address
• Your device type, browser, and operating system
• How you arrived at the Site (for example, a search engine or a link from another website)

We also measure phone-link clicks, estimate-button clicks, FAQ views, form views, starts, submission attempts, delivery errors, and provider-confirmed form submissions. Phone-link clicks indicate intent to call, not completed calls. We do not send your form answers, name, phone number, email address, or project details to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in our website tag.

Information you choose to give us

Our estimate form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, project location, service selection, preferred timing, and project message. Web3Forms processes the request and delivers it to our business so we can respond. The request includes the source page and, when present, campaign parameters and a Google click identifier for attribution. Campaign attribution may be retained in browser session storage as you navigate the Site. Information you share by phone is also used to respond to your request. The Site has no customer accounts or online payment features.

2. Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (for example, _ga and _ga_<id>) to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site.

3. How We Use This Information

We use estimate-request information to respond and coordinate your project. We use website analytics only to see which pages and services visitors are interested in and to improve the Site's content and performance. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, or building profiles about individuals.

4. How Information Is Shared

The analytics data described above is processed by Google LLC as our analytics provider. You can learn how Google handles data collected from sites that use its services at "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services."

Web3Forms processes estimate submissions, and our email provider delivers and stores the resulting messages. Cloudflare hosts and protects the Site and may process technical request information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or valid legal process.

5. Your Choices & Do-Not-Track Signals

In addition to the browser and opt-out controls described above, you can manage tracking through your browser's privacy settings. Because some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) setting, California law (Bus. & Prof. Code §22575) asks us to tell you how we respond: our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC opt-out signal has no additional effect on the limited analytics data we collect.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents may have the right to request access to, or deletion of, personal information a business holds about them, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As explained above, we do not sell personal information and we collect the request information and analytics described above. 7. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Retention

GA4 event and user data retention is set to 14 months; aggregate reports can be retained longer. Estimate requests and related correspondence are retained as needed to respond, manage projects, and meet recordkeeping obligations.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our Google Business Profile or social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
